Orientations of scientific research:

• surgical infection, wound process, lung and pleura purulent diseases,prevention and treatment of purulent infection and its complications with new technical means, physical factors, chemical and biologically active substances;
• improvement of methods of diagnostics and treatment of patients with pathology of pancreatoduodenal and hepatobiliary areas;
• acute pancreatitis, the ways of diagnostic and therapeutic improvement according to the new data on pathogenetic linkage of the disease progress;
• gastroduodenal bleeding, elaboration and improvement of conservative and surgical methods of treatment.
